Rental time frames vary based on the type of rental but there is a standard 3-hour minimum for rentals. Wedding packages include a 7-hour rental with the option to upgrade to a 10-hour rental for $300 more. We only book one wedding per day so you are able to choose the 7 or 10 hour rental time frame for your day between the hours of 10am and midnight.
Yes! We do not have catering requirements for desserts.
We do not provide linens for most events because we are limited to black linens. These can be rented for $8 apiece. Otherwise, you may provide your own linens, rent them through a rental company or most clients opt to rent them through the catering company.
Due to the limitations of insurance policies, all rentals must conclude by midnight.
All monies paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable but are transferable for up to a year.
We take reservations up to 18-months in advance.
To reserve your date we require a 50% non-refundable deposit and a $500 refundable security deposit along with a signed event site contract.
Our partner caterers have set up bar service options for all parties. Some caterers allow you to provide the alcohol and charge a bar-tending fee, some charge a corkage fee or a per person charge to do this and others have established bar packages that help with planning the bar budget. We would be happy to discuss these options with you.
We do not allow self-catering for weddings but do have a limited list of permissible self-catered foods that you can provide for smaller events. Due to liability and OLCC laws, we do not allow parties to provide their own bar-tending.
We have an amazing list of catering partners that can be found under the preferred vendors tab on our website. We do require you to choose from one of these caterers unless you would like to opt off our catering list. There is a $600 buyout fee to use a licensed and insured caterer other than one of our partner caterers and pre-approval from Bella Via is required.
